Black titlebar MS Office even with blacklist #3

Hi !

Thanks for your work, I'm actually trying to blacklist Powerpoint with GUI but even checked and rebooted it still have a black titlebar that disappear with a disable zesty, do you have any idea why ?

I'm actually not sure if the blacklist works properly. I'll look into this.
