Update iTerm2 to match new iTerm Colors #11

It has been pointed out to me that the iTerm colors doesn't work properly for some commands. I made it behave like the Xresources but I flipped the bright/non-bright colors because in my opinion it makes the terminal commands look better overall.

I don't have an OSX box on me. Can one other person confirm this fixes the colour issues before I merge it?

@luan what are the changes you made to the itermcolor file? Is it now matching the Xresources?

Is this still waiting to be merged? I can confirm that the changes @luan made fix the issues in iTerm2 for me.
