This issue has some more info regarding neovim terminal colors.

Landing something like this would be great, as Neovim's embedded terminal uses the default bash colors right now. That being said, I don't think all the colors in this PR are quite correct (comparing them with the hex values I see in iTerm). That might be because I'm using the reduced contrast version, however.
