Carrying over from #24. I included a lot of changes that should make this ready to be released to a public repo while I work out the following layout changes. Oban and the scanner not being available via the blank UI menus is one missing piece for making the demo fully usable.

• [x] Oban via the UI. We can instruct people on what to push. Backend processes should set timestamps to nil and trigger jobs. We should be able to test these functions easier than UI. The scanner and verification can be a place for these even if it seems like a smell. Having independent modules for 1 function each seems overkill and we can always refactor.
• [ ] Mobile sidebar. If responsive is good enough this becomes less of a necessity. It isn't sticky on mobile like I expect though it is on desktop.
• [ ] Responsive design - I want it mobile-friendly. It's ugly as hell and some of this is quick tweaks.
• [ ] Components - This isn't much of a refactor but it isn't a quick fix. This would "fix" the Artist :: Index table.

Nice to haves

• [x] Artist images should be rounded to fit inside circle.
• [ ] Unified events - Take a cue from LiveBeats to broadcast events throughout the app.
• [ ] More broadcasts - Verify should show more visible cues than the badge numbers increasing. Animations should highlight changes as well as the artist show page should update when verify used. I can't see new information until refresh.
• [ ] Flash messages for events?
• [ ] Favorites - There are some notifications I care about more than others.
• [ ] Filtering - Grouping notifications, artists, and albums by type etc.
• [ ] Find and sort on all pages. Notifications will need it desperately. They should be simple enough to implement but again, tests will help.
• [ ] Pagination would be nice but this is a significant change that would benefit from tests first.
• [ ] Landing page - this feels necessary but having dancing icons will be difficult. It may not be too difficult to just have a call to action that goes to the Artist page though. I'm fine with just the readme for now.

Opening up the repo now that I've cleaned up what I think I needed to. I don't think I was overly harsh on phx.gen.auth but I don't like that I left something unconstructive in the repo. I will be revisiting it in other projects and there were improvements late in the RC cycle that I didn't catch.

There are other gaps in PubSub as refreshing the page fixes a number of things. Artist images are updated during calls to Spotify. Verify that every page can make all the adjustments it needs. My guess is the artist show page may or may not be adequate, same with notifications. Just badge counts isn't enough.
