Add Changelog #9

IMHO a changelog is very important for users of tydux to be able to update to new versions

Are Modifier Hooks already released? I can not see it. There is a commit setting the version to 1.0.5. Does this commit start a new version or mark a release? Version 1.0.5 is not available via npm.
