I like the idea of mining email to understand usage patterns. One of the uses could be to do recalls, or to delay sending possibly hurtful or embarrassing email (based on sentimental analysis). But I think the program can do much more. It can show you your social graph based on how frequently you talk to someone over email. In office context, this can even be a "power graph". Summarizing email conversations would be a much appreciated feature. Automatically adding reminders or calendar events helps. There are a lot of exciting possibilities out of email text mining!

I love this idea, thanks Deepak! Based on the instructors feedback I talked a lot more about the data mining approach than the analytical dashboards, but I added the idea of companies understanding how people are talking to on another.
