7 years ago Thanks for your feedback. I updated the content based on your feedback. I intended to target those who consider a move to another city, but I think I focused too much on my situation. :)
My understanding is that you essentially want to offer a tool for house rentals that’s analogous to tools currently available for flights and hotels (e.g., Kayak) to advise customers regarding predicted increases and decreases in pricing.
I’d suggest deleting this sentence: “This kind of information have influenced your decision so far” (doesn’t add value and actually gets in the way).
I also think you should focus on people who are considering a move to another city (i.e., a subset of your current target audience), rather than those who have already arrived. Whereas price trends for flights and hotels can change direction frequently (e.g., in hours or days), my understanding is that house rental price trends change much less frequently (e.g., in months or years).
Last, I’d add the word “apartment” to your scope, rather than limiting it to houses.
Otherwise, as a fellow renter, I like the idea!
