Hi Li,

Thanks for sharing your idea! Your second big idea is even more established and intriguing than your first one. I am very interested to know how would macro economy factors impact housing prices in US, China and all other areas. Vancouver can be a great starting point for your analysis.

It would be great if you could mention who your audience is. Your audience can be government agency so that it can better control the market. It can be real estate agents so that they can make more profits. Or regular people like us who just want to be a house owner. Maybe you can mention your references and research sources as well to make the research more convincing. I am particularly interested in how you would incorporate behavioral psychology in this study. How would you quantify such behavior? Maybe you can take government control into consideration as well?

Thanks again for sharing your idea Li! I look forward to using your analysis when I need to buy my own house :)
