From what I gather, your idea is to leverage Pinterest data to generate recommendations that serve as a supplement to user recommendations on vendors for wedding services.

It sounds like you’re (appropriately) not relying on vendor marketing content, but I think one element that seems to be missing here is the link between user recommendations and user pins. I’d de-emphasize the need to read reviews, and focus on the Pin-Perfect Wedding’s mechanism for combining user recommendations (whether from Pinterest or elsewhere) and user pins.

Otherwise sounds like a great idea!
