Let me first summarize what I read, so you can see if your message came across accurately:

InstaFashion allows consumers to shop from personalized inventory, based on fashion-related Instagram likes. The market is available because Instagram has become a great medium for fashion influencers, however, the social networks policy and/or product does not allow for easy affiliate marketing for these influencers. This interrupts the path to purchase.

Your platform proposes to analyze the images from Instagram to determine specific items in the image along with its prices, and, even further, provide clustering of similarly-styled items. The data exhaust from the primary purpose of the platform allows for even more interesting predictive analytics to analyze industry trends.

Based on your conclusion, it’s safe to say you turned down Instagram’s acquisition proposal. I think that’s smart because this idea sounds brilliant! I don’t have much criticism to add to this, I think you have a very good overall idea. Only question I have left is would you’re platform be able to tell if a dress is black and blue or white and gold better than people can?
