Hannah Morgan Feedback: I really like the concept! You phrase the problem well. You also give excellent concrete examples. There are just a couple of things I would add:

  1. I would name your program/brand it as a product. Makes a stronger impression on what it is (also drawing on comments from my last idea and feeding it forward).
  2. I would increase the scope. You mention MIDS as a launch, but what you frame the problem in the intro as much bigger than that. What about introducing it at MIDS, then expansion across the Berkeley campus, then expansion to other universities. The order and flow of the idea is also good, I wouldn't rearrange anything. The only thing I would remove is the question on would they meet up at the immersion with that person- you can have a good professional relationship without wanting to hang out in person with someone. And I would change the question mark in the heading to an explanation point, be confident!

Overall this is great! I can see this really being implemented.
