WIP: HL2 XBE (Xbox Original) maps support #79

XBE version of HL2 uses a special lumps in BSP: 51 and 52 for lightmap pages and 57 for XZIP-packed PakFile. Current progress:

Note: for more accurate detection of lightmap pages we need to verify pages count AND version of BSP (19)
