Update docs: how to install plugins. #30

Some users can't run (build) Revizor, because the console prints message:

 | Script 'BuildStandalone' not found, did you mean:
 1) InstallDependency
 2) Stats
 3) CreateMultiProjectBuild_
 4) TestApp
 5) InstallPlugin

The same problem with emoji plugin
