Improve UX

[w32blaster]

The list of items to be improved:

• add menu on the left (may be slider as well) that could contain links relating to current view
• [x] - improve "create new review" page
• [x] - review age: move "close review" under the header as a 3rd column; other links to the left column
• [x] - add breadcrumbs
• [x] - archived reviews should be striked through
• [x] - observe code view: avatar should be smaller
• [x] - code background should be as a zebra
• [x] - review the color schema: too many colors, stick to 3 main colours
