It probably means you are using the script version available at userscripts.org and that some of the required files was downloaded but their content are empty. (this is one of the current errors occuring on userscripts.org that script developers haven't anything to do but wait admins to do something)
This error message was created to help users identify when the script was not installed properly and that they should try again later.
This error is one of many others that made me to move to github.
Scripts installed from my repository on github aren't likely to have that problem.
It is marked with wontfix because I can't do anything about it but notify users that userscripts.org isn't working.
I gradually will move my scripts to my repository here. I will give priority to those with greater ratings at userscripts.org
