feat: add gnosis sdk in the project #133

The necessary lib was downloaded to create a multisig valt based on the gnosis sdk lib
necessary to adapt with the address of the kyodo treasure and the community treasure

I don't understand what does this PR do. It is not implementing any feature. Just added the gnosis lib to the project. The idea of using gnosis was to give to community leader the option to create a gnosis safe wallet when creating the community registry in the protocol.
