DID Resolution draft 0.2 #235

The DID Resolution specification now has a new 0.2 release tag: https://github.com/w3c-ccg/did-resolution/releases/tag/v0.2.0

Therefore I propose to update the version here in the list of work items, as described in the CCG work item process: https://w3c-ccg.github.io/workitem-process/#releeased-draft-stage

Hope it's okay to just merge this, since it only updates the version of this work item in the table.
