Broken Link in Work Items #246

In work_items.md line # 89

The link for ldp-bbs2020 is broken:

I see there is a vc-di-bbs but that is for v2023, not v2020.

Thanks for this.

I think I will just replace ldp-bbs2020 with the 2023 version you reference.

Although there is a broader issue that the whole of the work items markdown is out of date and needs a review
