Fix tests v2 #97

Expands the verifier tests on the verify suite to use both VC 1 and VC 2. Expands the issuer suite to use a documentLoader when testing for terms that should expand to URLs. Gets this project closer to having a one line command that tests DI against all the cryptosuites.
