Update @context URI #241

The examples and spectext all use https://w3id.org/did/v1 for the context, but this has a lot of terms missing (eg. service and controller) so triples are dropped when parsing the examples as JSON-LD.

Not sure what the versioning policy of the contexts is, but to make the examples work out of the box the examples and spec text should be updated to use https://w3id.org/did/v0.11 for the most recent version of the context OR the redirect on https://w3id.org/did/v1 should be changed to point to the 0.11 version of the jsonld.

Update: examples should be changed to use https://www.w3.org/2019/did/v1 which will presumably one day point to the correct thing.
