Minimal JSON-LD DID Document #65

Owner is not needed as it defaults to the subject. Also this is an example of a JSON-LD DID Document not a general DID Document which can be any JSON document.

Consensus in the group is that "owner" is not optional and must be specific. Closing the PR as it is not where consensus in the group is (and attempting to get consensus around the PR will almost certainly fail at this point).
