This adds a context file based on the one that has been used in @spruceid's implementation: https://github.com/spruceid/ssi/pull/257. The position of the file in this specification repository follows the convention of other CCG proof suites referenced in w3id.org/security, in particular https://github.com/w3c-ccg/ldp-bbs2020/.
