Why is the signature suite called EthereumEip712Signature2021? #28

This seems redundant, fully written out it would be EthereumEthereumImprovementProposal712Signature2021.

Eip712Signature2021 should be sufficient?

Would be a hassle to rename/re-register in security vocab. And it's not all that redundant, because other ethereum signatures are possible, so EIP712 is a qualifier of Ethereum...
