The introduction notes that "Use of Linked Data is an optional feature". Indeed, EthereumEip712Signature2020 does not require use of linked data, although it has an optional Linked Data Canonicalization Hash Algorithm feature.
Terminology is a little different now: https://w3c-ccg.github.io/data-integrity-spec/#terminology
The reference in this document should be updated to use the new title and URL, and the terms should also be updated according.
