upload minutes and audio for thursday's meeting #51

Sorry, can't figure out why but every time I download the .ogg windows turns it into an .ogg.ogv :(

the good news is that the recording was started and stopped at the exact moment, so it needed no editing-- the source .ogg could be used if i could figure out how to get it into this folder? I'm on limited bandwidth today and can't clone the whole repo to VSC so have to make it work on github dot com 😭

You might find that using a different browser for the download solves that. Or checking that your Windows environment has an app designated to handle .ogg files (which might be the same app as handles .ogv but doesn't have the .ogg mapped).

(I had similar issues with IE renaming things eons ago. I don't remember the specifics, or I'd provide more details of how I addressed it.)

can confirm that Chrome is a maverick and does whatever it wants, while Firefox and Edge both downloaded the file as expected :D. Should be ready to merge now, not sure how to generate the index.html? or does the CI do that automagically?

CI should do it automatically.
