Add multihash to the available digest-algorithms. #10

This PR

Adds multihash to the available digest-algorithms. The digest-algorithm string is "MH". Remember that digest-algorithms are case-insensitive.

@dlongley feel free to fix the XML syntax as you wish. I'm not very familiar with it as I usually work with I-D markdown :)
