Editors (and authors?) lists need update #936

Mike Prorock (@mprorock) and Orie Steele (@OR13) have largely if not entirely stepped aside. I think they should be listed as Former Editors.

We should also try to find another Editor to join Mahmoud Alkhraishi (@mkhraisha).
