Document Aries .net compatibility #31

Based on alignment https://github.com/w3c-ccg/universal-wallet-interop-spec/issues/14. Next steps would be to show requirements to interoperate. Proving Go interop per #4 likely not sufficient as it no longer takes dependency on indy like .net does.
