webpack / version drift in universal-wallet #51

There have been a number of fixes to related dependencies, such that this package is now pretty stale.

We need to rebuild the package with the latest tsdx, and try and cut down on the bundle size.

resolved, by installing core-js as a dev dependency of storybook projects
