Reframe case-29 and case-30 for updated context #17

Fix #16. These changes should make these two test vector verifiable credentials verify using the current Traceability context file.

Need to grab a fresher example from trace-vocab.

Using this version: https://github.com/w3c-ccg/traceability-vocab/blob/9b274d47d08d16742a4c7bc8a8c30a79a99c93f5/contexts/traceability-v1.jsonld sha256sum: d7e992cb0b6d8ecc5b9ba1a10f997d754d158e125628bbe5c5be8430131868af

These credentials as they currently are in the repo need an older version of the context file to verify, e.g. the one here: https://github.com/w3c-ccg/traceability-vocab/blob/01129e4781a3ad6e05bfa592c173f3ba01d204ea/contexts/traceability-v1.jsonld
