Remove legacy "exchanges" text that is under "presenting" #392

I believe that because the Workflows and Exchanges section has been added, the exchange section from the Presenting could be removed. I propose the following be removed:

If we do not want to remove these endpoints for backwards compatibility, I propose that these endpoints be clearly marked as deprecated.

I propose that Exchange Example be adjusted to the new Workflow endpoints and moved to that section.

The group discussed this on the 2024-07-30 telecon:

The group agreed that the legacy text should be removed.

A PR should be raised to remove the legacy text.

With #410 merged, I believe this issue can be closed. Thanks for the implementation @PatStLouis . Happy to reopen if folks still see some outstanding tasks for this issue.
