Changed diploma to recognition type to include other types of recognition
Added descriptions of other types of recognition including recommendations and self-assertions
Changed enrollment to involvement so that employment could be included in the same concept
It was challenging to get into the pseudocode especially regarding "relationship of subject to concept". Need a little more guidance to flush that out. Should there be a separate section for each concept?
I think we need to discuss how competencies are related to the credential vs the assertion. Historically, competencies are part of the credentials (as with Open Badges and CTDL) but there's a limitation to this because it assumes that a credential holder has met all of the competencies to earn that recognition type. In some cases, this is not true and the competencies may be related to the assertion. Use cases could help with this.
