We are opening this for tag nominations for use cases...

Here are a few to start:

issuer-to-subject system-to-system peer-to-peer subject initiated (At other times we've referred to the subject as the recipient, earner, learner... but I think subject works) workforce k-12 post-secondary informal

issuer use case broken into components: data sources-data model/payload-digital signing, with different 'owners or responsible parties.
