Use HTTP Headers for versioning for v0.0.1 #29

We could decide to support query string in the future, especially for resources that are HTTP GET oriented.

@peacekeeper @mavarley please review this again. its my understanding that we now have consensus that HTTP headers will be ok for the next few months.

I think we have consensus for this, I'm going to merge, we can always expand or change this in the future.
