Last action was 14 days ago, I know we said on our last call that we would not be making any more changes to the yaml... but this is a markdown document.

Can we please merge this?

We should be preparing to unblock the API progress, by closing any open PRs that will fail consensus, this doesn't seem like one that will fail.
