Consider cleaning up/removing any implementations that are duplicated #85

Since some test suites are now within the W3C org (ecdsa, eddsa, ed25519signature2020, and vc2.0), their associated tagged implementations have been moved to the implementations repo there. So, we should consider removing the duplicates of those implementations from here. Specifically, any issuer/verifier with tags ecdsa-, eddsa-, Ed25519Signature2020, or vc2.0 should be removed if they are the sole tags in the tags list. However, if other tags accompany them, we should retain the implementation, but remove the specific tags from the tags list, and then update the README.
