Section 3.2 should probably be updated to OpenID for Verifiable Credentials Issuance Draft

The group discussed this on the 2024-07-30 telecon:

@dlongley noted that we should generally add examples on how to use VPR with OID4VP and OID4VCI using the latest drafts. These examples should explain how to use OID4 over CHAPI as well as OID4 over VC API Exchanges.

A PR should be raised to add examples on how to use VPR with OID4 over CHAPI as well as OID4 over VC API Exchanges.
