redirect from w3id.org/bot/bot.ttl not working #52

The redirect from https://w3id.org/bot/bot.ttl is not working. Also content negotation on https://w3id.org/bot is not working. It redirects to an empty page: https://w3c-lbd-cg.github.io/bot.ttl

This probably should become https://raw.githubusercontent.com/w3c-lbd-cg/bot/master/bot.ttl?
