Performed changes to docs according to demands in #75

Corresponding text section is

BOT is from design scoped to describe topology in the buildings domain. It does not provide a generic description of topological relationship as, for instance, the Regional Connection Calculus (RCC) [[Randell]]. See also in this regard the discussion in the accompanying publication [[Rasmussen2020]]
