Relationships in microformats #15

The existing microformats way of expressing relationships is [http://gmpg.org/xfn/ xfn] to make relationships explicit and public. Adding auth in front of this should be orthogonal to the format.

I've updated to say representation of relationships which don't affect content distribution, and access control, are implementation specific, and opened #21 to debate to what extent access control is actually in scope.
