WebSub is a delivery protocol too #46

I believe WebSub should have a checkmark in the Delivery column here: https://w3c-social.github.io/social-web-protocols/#requirements

Consumers using WebSub will subscribe to a URL, and then will get notifications when the URL changes, including the contents of the URL.

The document later says "Content could be created with Micropub, then passed to a WebSub hub for delivery to subscribers." as well

I realize now that I may have misinterpreted the meaning of "Delivery".

Section 5 says that Delivery is "A user or application may wish to push a notification to another user that the receiver has not explicitly asked for." Is that the only meaning of delivery? If so, maybe this can be clarified earlier up in the document before the comparison table.
