In addition to the specs that the WG has developed, there are several related specs that are key to completing the social web story. Since the document starts out by saying
This document describes a standard way in which people can:
create, update and delete social content;
connect with other people by subscribing to their content;
interact with other peoples' content;
be notified when other people interact with their content.
it makes sense to include related specs that are referenced by the specs that were developed at the WG. Here are my suggestions for how to accomplish this.
In Section 2.3, we should add a new paragraph describing external related specs. Obviously I'm not talking about listing every other spec referenced by all our specs, just the ones that provide functionality described by or directly related to features of the charter.
Microformats - A syntax and vocabulary for representing content, referenced by Micropub and Webmention
OAuth 2.0 - An authorization framework referenced by Micropub and ActivityPub
IndieAuth - An OAuth 2.0 extension referenced by Micropub
In Section 2.3.1, Microformats should be added to the table with the Vocabulary, Syntax and Profiles checkboxes.
Since there was no charter requirement for authentication/authorization, it does not make sense to add the other two to the table.
