Remove video on teh Webs requirement #14

This requirement has been achieved!!! :panda_face:

It MUST be possible to play video content.

We can remove it from the document!

If we don't remove it, we need to update it. For example, it should be possible to overlay other HTML elements on top of video... (hehe, take that stupid EME! ;) )
