Add Sustainability goal #78

A noble goal and a fine sentiment. But with very little consideration about how we decide to make things more sustainable, while I am fine with merging this I think it's insufficient.

(I'm also not convinced that the framing in the EWP draft is good enough as a reference, but I'll file that issue on that document when I work out how to express my concern more clearly)

+1 to @chaals - I won't stand in the way of merging, but our understanding of our commitment to sustainability is eons away from the one we have on other "horizontals".
