Define which link relation should be used if there are multiple #95

When discovering the micropub endpoint, it's not clear if the HTTP link should be used before trying rel links inside HTML.

You suggested to use the same algorithm as webmention, see https://www.w3.org/TR/webmention/#sender-discovers-receiver-webmention-endpoint
