Thanks @michael-n-cooper. We tried to describe bullying behaviors in the CEPC instead of just using the term bullying in the list of behaviors that are not acceptable because bullying is such a broad category. That being said, the Unacceptable behaviors section opens with "Ensuring that your behavior does not have a negative impact is your responsibility. W3C strictly prohibits discrimination, intimidation, harassment, and bullying of any kind and on any basis."
Do you think we need more than that?
In the glossary, it's listed as "Workplace Bullying" (though the ED has moved it under B in alphabetical order). https://github.com/w3c/PWETF/pull/194 proposes to move "Workplace" after the term
The phrase "bullying" appears in the CEPC only in a preamble paragraph to the list of unacceptable behaviours, and in a definition. I am finding that bullying is one of the most common bases for CEPC complaint, and struggle to associate the issue with the policy clearly, as it reads "non-normatively" in that preamble, and is not well described. I would like to see that term included in the list of unacceptable behaviours with a more comprehensive definition.
