[ombuds] requirement to attend TPAC? #198

A piece that might be missing from the job description:

Are Ombudspeople expected to attend TPAC in person? Suggestion: at least one of the Ombudsteam should. This is inspired by https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc7776.html#section-4.1

I think that we must have some ombudspeople at TPAC (and in person AC meetings). When working with a hybrid meeting, I do not agree that all ombuds must attend.
