Issue 235 - proposed changes - Definition of "Microaggression" #241

This PR implements the editorial changes proposed in #235 , except for the proposal to change "intentional or unintentional" to "conscious or unconscious". I favor that change, but I left it out of this PR because I have not yet heard other support for it. It can be added back in if there is other support for it.

@dbooth-boston can you please re-base this PR or close it and reopen with a fresh branch? I noticed it has commits from other PRs in it and if we do merge, it will create issues.
