I recommend moving the interruptions bullet point:
Repeatedly interrupting or talking over someone else.
as an additional bullet point under "sustained disruption of discussion". IMO, Interruptions are not a microaggression, they are more of a disruption of discussion, (actually, I dislike the term "microaggression" because it seems less important. However, I understand that it is the commonly accepted label.) IMO, it makes the Microagressions bullet subpoints more thematically consistent and matching the definition of microagressions.
