Revising the abstract to better reflect the goals and content of the CoC.

I like most of these proposed changes, except for this bullet:

Identify unacceptable behaviors

I think it is important not to imply that the document is identifying all unacceptable behaviors. I suggest changing that bullet to:

Identify some unacceptable behaviors
